The Wai’anae Coast Y in Waianae, Hawaii offers programs and safe places for teens to thrive. Teens and kupuna (seniors) are also brought together to learn and grow. Teens from the Alternative Learning Opportunity Program receive social, emotional, learning, and healthy activity support from mentors. Teens also learn from and engage with kupuna volunteers from Catholic Charities who live in the community. The Wai’anae Coast YMCA offers amenities focused on total wellbeing, including:
